Withdrawal Policy

  1. Scope
    This Withdrawal Policy applies to all digital services offered by Surenest, including our premium calculator access packages available for 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day periods.

  2. Free Version Availability
    Surenest provides a fully functional free version of our calculator that allows you to test and evaluate the core functionality before making any purchase decision. We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly test the free version to ensure our service meets their needs prior to purchasing premium access.

  3. Digital Content and Immediate Access
    Our premium calculator access constitutes digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to all premium features and functionality for the duration of your selected access period (7, 14, or 30 days). Access expires automatically at the end of the selected period and does not renew automatically.

  4. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent national implementations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the following:
(a) You request that surenest begin the performance of the service immediately upon completion of your purchase;
(b) You acknowledge that by requesting immediate access to the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided; and
(c) You confirm that you have had the opportunity to test the free version of our calculator and are satisfied that the service meets your requirements.

  1. Acknowledgment During Purchase
    Before completing any purchase, you will be required to actively confirm your acknowledgment of this waiver by checking a confirmation box with the following statement:
    “I hereby consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. I confirm that I have had the opportunity to test the free version of the calculator before making this purchase.”

You will not be able to proceed with your purchase without providing this acknowledgment.

  1. Confirmation of Waiver
    Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a record of your express consent to waive your right of withdrawal and your acknowledgment that the performance of the contract has begun.

  2. Exceptions
    Notwithstanding the above, Surenest may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent access to purchased services and cannot be resolved. Any such refund is granted as a gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a waiver of this policy.

  3. Access Period and Renewal
    Each purchase grants you access to premium features for the selected period (7, 14, or 30 days) only. Access expires automatically at the end of this period. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charges. If you wish to continue using premium features after your access period ends, you will need to make a new purchase.

  1. Governing Law
    This Withdrawal Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, while ensuring compliance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations where required.
